Vintage comic books continue to outperform other eras in 2025. Golden Age books (1938–1956) have appreciated over 5%, while Silver, Bronze, and Copper Age comics have seen declines of nearly 5–7%.

💰 Record-Breaking Sale: Action Comics #1 Fetches $6 Million

In April 2024, a pristine copy of Action Comics #1 (1938) sold for a staggering $6 million at Heritage Auctions, setting a new world record. This sale underscores the enduring value of iconic first appearances in the comic book world.

🎬 Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow Film Details

Release Date: June 26, 2026

DC’s upcoming film Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow stars Milly Alcock as Supergirl, with Jason Momoa making a cameo as Lobo. Directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Ana Nogueira, the film adapts the graphic novel by Tom King and Bilquis Evely.

The story follows Supergirl as she helps a young warrior named Ruthye seek justice for her father’s death. Krypto the Superdog will also appear.
